I want to offer you a recipe for fish with vegetables in tomato-honey sauce. Don't be surprised, this is a very popular food in Norwegian restaurants. I was lucky enough to visit there once and try this masterpiece, I'm not afraid of that word. Let's make it at home. after all, there is nothing difficult here.
Let's start with the sauce. Throw the tomatoes into boiling water and then remove the skin. Wipe it off. Mix with honey, olive oil and ketchup. You can take chili here if you are a fan of spicy. Also herbs and salt to taste. Next we need to fry salmon, then green onions, broccoli and tomatoes. Put it all in a deep frying pan, pour over white wine, rub with chopped basil, thyme, garlic and in the oven for ten minutes. When the dish is ready, pour tomato and honey sauce on top. Such fish is usually served with rice and dry white wine.
