Hot sandwiches with sausage slices and cheese

A very simple, quick and satisfying snack! Take note! A week ago, my husband's cousin and her family came to visit us on their way from a neighboring town. We had them for several days, I cooked a lot of different dishes. Naturally, there were more people in the apartment and more time was spent on cooking. But I "saved" my strength at breakfast when I cooked hot sausage sandwiches according to one uncomplicated culinary recipe. I'm sharing a recipe with you.

To start, rub the hard cheese on a medium grater, add diced sausage and onion, eggs and herbs to it. Chicken eggs are necessary for a small bonding of the mass, because it should not be too crumbly. Mix all the ingredients together and spread a small slide on a loaf, cut into slices of 1 centimeter and greased with ketchup. Then spread on a baking sheet and put in a preheated 180 degrees for 3-5 minutes. After this time, we take the snack out of the oven and serve it on the table.
