Step-by-step cooking
For this pie, the filling is first prepared. Apples need to be peeled and cut into thin slices. Then add raisins, lemon zest, cinnamon and chopped nuts to them.
To prepare the dough, first soften the butter, then mix it with powdered sugar and egg and add flour.
The dough is thoroughly kneaded, rolled into a ball and left wrapped in a transparent bag in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes. After that, the dough is rolled out into a layer 5-7 mm thick, a circle is cut out of it, slightly larger than a baking dish. Then grease the mold with fat, and put the dough into it. Then spread the apple filling on the dough and put the pie in a preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
