There is an unspoken rule - the more diverse the food on your table, the better the appetite of the household. But I bet my head that you don't know the American culinary recipe for fish baked in paprika-lemon sauce.
Preheat the oven. Pour baking oil or any vegetable oil on the sheet. In a separate bowl, mix three tablespoons of butter, sweet paprika, finely chopped parsley leaves, lemon juice, lemon zest and pepper. Stir everything thoroughly and whisk a little with a whisk.
Halibut fillet cut into large (portion) pieces, dip each into the resulting mixture and spread on a sheet. Pour the remaining mixture directly onto the fish so that the leftovers pour around the pieces of fish into the oil. We salt and pepper each piece of fish on top. Bake the halibut for about ten minutes in a very hot oven. Before serving, we spread the fish on a flat dish, sprinkle the remaining chopped parsley on top and decorate with lemon slices. We serve it hot on the table.
