Buns Roses made of dough with sugar

Delicious, simple and homemade! Kids will love it! The name of this culinary recipe for a Rose Bun made of gul tatlisi dough is not as attractive as the oriental sweetness itself. Literally, "gul tatlisi" translates as "pink sweetness". Rosettes from the dough are absolutely not cloying, like most pastries from Turkey. So we collect all the ingredients and run to cook in the kitchen.

First you need to melt the butter, pour the semolina there, mix well. Then pour in the kefir. Then add salt, baking powder, vanilla, egg and beat the resulting mass well. It remains to add flour and mix the dough well again.
Now it's time to create. We roll out the dough and with the help of a glass we make many, many circles. We have just cut out the petals for our flowers. We take 4 circles, put them in such a way that each next one goes to the previous one by half. We fold, starting from the top circle, cut the resulting tube in the middle and here ... we have 2 roses in front of us. Bake the roses at a temperature of 200C until they turn golden.
While our food is cooking, we will prepare the syrup. It is necessary to mix granulated sugar with tangerine juice and cook until the sugar dissolves.
Transfer the finished pastries to a plate, pour the syrup over them and leave for a while. Bon appetit!
