Cooking method
I suggest using this cooking recipe to cook real Chinese food. Fish baked in foil with ginger oil is baked fish stuffed with spices and herbs with ginger oil.
In this cooking recipe, foil is used for baking, but in fact you need to use banana leaves. If you can buy them somewhere, it will be much better.
So let's get started. We wash and clean the fish. Stuff it with a mixture of lemon zest, garlic, coriander, salt and pepper.
Now we smear the fish with vegetable oil on the outside, sprinkle with salt, pepper and put it on foil. Wrap the fish in foil so that there are no cracks. If there are banana leaves, then we will wrap them in them.
Now, put the fish on a baking sheet and put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes, depending on the size and quality of the fish.
While the fish is in the oven, take a small saucepan and melt the butter in it. Then we throw ginger into this oil and mix everything thoroughly. Add soy sauce and the fish sauce is ready.
When the fish is baked, just unwrap the foil and sprinkle the fish with ginger oil. In addition, sprinkle with coriander and shift with lemon slices.
Fish baked in foil with ginger oil is ready.
