Cooking method
I once read this culinary recipe in a magazine, the dish is hearty, delicious, it does not take much time to prepare. Wonderful Greek rolls can be eaten by everyone, even people suffering from diabetes.
I do this, beat eggs and milk in a bowl with a mixer, slowly introduce flour, and then pour the fluffed butter with salt into this mixture. In a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, I bake 4 pancakes (the number of products is calculated for four servings). I put the pancakes in a warm oven, preheated to 50 degrees. I cut the cheese into thin slices, roll them in flour and fry them a little in a frying pan with the addition of 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown. I wash the parsley and tomatoes under running water, chop the greens, peel the tomatoes and seeds and cut them into cubes, then mix them with parsley.
Vinegar, salt, ground black pepper, sugar, a tablespoon of vegetable oil mixed in a small bowl, I fill the tomato salad with this sauce. I lay out the salad on the pancakes, put a slice of fried cheese on each pancake and carefully roll up the rolls. If desired, they can be decorated with mayonnaise and herbs. Everything, healthy food for children and adults is ready! This dish can be prepared for breakfast. Enjoy your appetite!
