Step 1:
How to make chicken cutlets steamed in a slow cooker? Prepare the products. Wash the chicken fillet and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2:
Peel the apples and seeds. Choose hard, green, juicy fruits better. Peel the onion as well.
Step 3:
Cut the fillet into small pieces. Scroll it through a meat grinder or use a blender chopper. I chose the latter. Chop the onion and apples together with the meat. A homogeneous mass should be obtained.
Step 4:
Next, add semolina, a pinch of paprika to the mass (so that the cutlets are not very pale) and salt to taste.
Step 5:
And again, kill everything well.
Step 6:
Form the cutlets. Minced chicken is always sticky, so it's better to moisten your hands in water and only then sculpt cutlets. I got 8 pieces. Put them in a steamer bowl.
Step 7:
Sprinkle a generous pinch of paprika on top of each cutlet — the finished dish will look beautiful and bright. Pour 1 liter of water into the bowl of the slow cooker. To speed up the process, I advise you to pour boiling water. Place the steamer basket in the bowl and close the lid. Choose the mode suitable for steaming (it can be called differently, depending on the model), set the time to 20 minutes.
Step 8:
After the time has elapsed, the cutlets are ready.
Step 9:
They are very tender and fragrant.
Step 10:
Juicy and absolutely not dry.
Step 11:
Serve cutlets with vegetables or any other side dish.

All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
