Cooking method
1. Wash the beans thoroughly, cut off the hard parts of the stem on both sides.
2. Pour water into a saucepan about 2.5 - 3 cm, regardless of the diameter, add salt, install a steam strainer, send it to the fire.
3. When the water boils, put the prepared string beans on a strainer, cover the pan with a lid, reduce the heat to medium.
4. Cook the beans for a couple of about 2-3 minutes, it should become tender and at the same time a little crispy.
Serve the beans, sprinkled with dry spices to taste.
