Cooking method
1. Wash the fish under running water, cut into portions.
2. Lightly salt, sprinkle with freshly squeezed lemon juice and sprinkle with lemon zest. Leave for 5-7 minutes.
3. Pour water into the bowl of the slow cooker, put a sprig of rosemary in it.
4. We install a steam strainer on the bowl, place the prepared pieces of salmon on it.
5. Select the "Steam" mode, cook for 10 - 15 minutes.
