Cooking method
1. We put the cottage cheese in a suitable container.
2. Add the egg to the cottage cheese, mix lightly.
3. Pour salt and mix everything together thoroughly.
4. Apples are washed, peeled and grated three times or crushed with a blender.
5. Add the apples to the curd mass, mix again.
6. Sift the flour, combine with the rest of the ingredients, stir.
7. From the resulting dough, we form cheesecakes of approximately the same size and shape.
8. We lubricate the steaming grid with vegetable oil.
9. Pour water into the bowl, install a grid and place cheesecakes on it. At a distance from each other, as they will increase in volume. Close the lid.
10. Turn on the "Couple" mode, the time is 20 minutes.
