The dough is crispy, has a very delicate taste, melting in the mouth. The filling of waffles can be made new every time - you can fill it with protein, cream, cottage cheese cream, as well as ice cream and a variety of fruits.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 40 min

1. Sift the flour into a bowl, add baking powder, corn starch and dry cream.

2. Break the eggs into a separate container, pour sugar, rub with a wooden spatula, pour concentrated milk and water into the resulting mixture, mix.

3. Pour the liquid mass to the dry ingredients, mix with a whisk, add a couple of drops of vanilla extract and vegetable oil, mix again.

4. Cover a bowl with dough with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 60 minutes.

5. After the specified time, we take the dough out of the refrigerator, let it warm up to room temperature, then bake the waffles in a special waffle iron for Hong Kong waffles to a beautiful golden color.

6. We immediately fold the hot waffles into an envelope and let them cool down in this position, laying them on the work surface seam down, then fill them with ice cream and banana plates, pour cranberry syrup on top.
