Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare one serving of one egg in the microwave, take a chicken egg, butter or sunflower oil to lubricate the plate and salt. That's all you need!
Step 2:
Scrambled eggs in the microwave can be cooked in any dish that is suitable for microwave cooking, the main thing is that it is not metallic and without gilding and silvering. Thus, you can cook scrambled eggs right on your plate. Grease the bottom of the plate with butter.
Step 3:
Wash the egg shell under the tap, drain and break the egg into a plate.
Step 4:
Be sure to pierce the yolk, otherwise the egg in the microwave will simply "explode" and splatters the entire microwave or the lid covering the plate. Add salt to taste.
Step 5:
Put the egg plate in the microwave at maximum power for 1 minute (cooking time depends on the power of your microwave and on what density of scrambled eggs you like). If you want your scrambled eggs to remain with a liquid yolk, then one minute will be quite enough.
Step 6:
Decorate your glaze with a sprig of greenery and eat right away!
To cook scrambled eggs in the microwave, you do not need any special knowledge and techniques. The main thing you should learn is:
1. For cooking, use only dishes suitable for cooking in a microwave oven.
2. Do not forget to pierce the yolks of eggs broken for scrambled eggs so that they do not "explode" under the influence of microwaves and do not turn your breakfast into a long-term washing of the oven and dishes.
3. Fried eggs in the microwave, as well as in a frying pan, can be cooked with various additions and additives: sausage, sausages, onions, zucchini, etc.
4. Add the finished scrambled eggs with finely chopped parsley, dill or green onions and serve immediately.
5. Increase the cooking time of scrambled eggs proportionally with an increase in the number of eggs used. Tracking the cooking process in the microwave is very simple: if the scrambled eggs are not ready, then just extend the cooking time.
