Step 1:
How to make chicken cutlets in the microwave? Prepare everything you need for this. As chicken meat, you can use breast fillet or leg fillet. I like the leg fillet better - it's not as dry as the breasts.
Step 2:
Turn the meat into minced meat. I usually cook a few cutlets in the microwave, so I don't like to smear the meat grinder because of the small amount. In this recipe, I grind chicken meat in a chopper. It copes perfectly with the soft fibers of chicken.
Step 3:
Peel the onion and garlic from the husk, rinse in cold water and, likewise, grind in a chopper or grate. Add to the bowl to the minced chicken.
Step 4:
Add a little salt and spices to taste. Mix all the ingredients well.
Step 5:
Beat the minced meat on the bottom of the bowl. Take it with your hands and just throw it into the bowl. This is necessary so that the meat mass becomes more dense and does not fall apart during cooking.
Step 6:
With wet hands, make small cutlets and put them in a dish suitable for a microwave oven. Put the cutlets in the microwave for 10 minutes. It is not necessary to cover them. I have a 700W microwave power.
Step 7:
After the specified time, turn the cutlets over and put them on for another 4 minutes.
Step 8:
When cooking, focus on your microwave. The finished cutlets will decrease slightly in size and begin to brown.
Step 9:
Remove the cutlets from the microwave and transfer to another plate, adding any side dish and fresh vegetables. Bon appetit!
For this recipe, it is better to take not frozen, but fresh meat, otherwise the finished meat risks getting dry.
Chicken can be replaced with turkey or any other type of meat at your request. But keep in mind that in this case, the cooking time and calorie content of the dish will change.
