First disassemble the rabbit into pieces, rinse thoroughly and put it on paper towels so that the moisture goes away.

Transfer the dry pieces of meat to a bowl. Sprinkle them with salt, pepper, a mixture of spices and, if desired, dried chili pepper.

With your hands, carefully rub all the spices into the surface of the meat. Tighten the bowl with a film and leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes so that the pieces are soaked in the aromas of spices. If you leave the meat longer, then hide it in the refrigerator.
Step 5:
Heat the frying pan, pour a little vegetable oil into it and put the rabbit pieces soaked in the aroma. Fry the meat on both sides over high heat until golden brown.
Step 6:
Peel and wash the onion, carrot and garlic.
Step 7:
Cut onions and carrots into quarter rings, and garlic into plates.
Step 8:
Pour a little oil into the bowl of the slow cooker. Lay out the chopped vegetables.
Step 9:
On the "Frying" or "Baking" mode, fry them for 5 minutes.

Put the pieces of rabbit meat on top. Add bay leaves and fresh thyme leaves.

While the rabbit is stewing, add flour to the sour cream.

And stir thoroughly.
