Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Our products)
Step 2:
Before we start preparing vegetables, pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker and turn on the "frying" or "baking" mode (what is there) so that the slow cooker warmed up. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
Step 3:
Grate carrots on a medium grater, put our vegetables in a bowl of a slow cooker, stirred and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
When the vegetables are fried, we spread our minced meat. (I twisted the minced meat into the largest mesh in the meat grinder to feel the pieces of meat better, but at the same time it's minced meat)))
Step 5:
Mix well and fry for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spatula.
Step 6:
After 20 minutes our minced meat it was well fried with vegetables.
Step 7:
Add our well-sorted and washed buckwheat...
Step 8:
...fill with water, salt, pepper and sprinkle with ground bay leaf to taste. Mix it up. We set the mode "porridge" or "pilaf" (what is). By default, this mode is 1 hour, but 30 minutes will be enough for porridge. It all depends on the model of your slow cooker. We close the lid and wait for the delicious food))
Step 9:
In the process, I open the lid 1 time and mix the porridge so that all the flavors mix))). Closing and waiting...
Step 10:
After 30-35 minutes, open the lid, stir the porridge again. We pour into plates, decorate with a green leaf and fresh vegetables, and call our household to the table)) Bon appetit to everyone!
Porridge is very fragrant and delicious, hearty and tender. If you want it to be a little drier, so to speak - "a grain from a grain" (who likes what), then you just need to reduce the amount of water, not 1100 ml, but 900 ml.
All slow cookers differ in power. The default recipe is given for a multicooker with a capacity of 900 watts, and the volume of the bowl is 5 liters. I think every hostess knows her slow cooker better, so adjust the modes and cooking time)
Good luck to everyone and have a pleasant cooking!
