Step 1:
Very few products are needed for this wonderful soup
Step 2:
Rinse the peas thoroughly and soak for 2-3 hours. Then rinse the peas again, put them in a saucepan and pour cold water, bring to a boil (Baking program). Drain the water and pour cold water again, so that the water hides the peas by 2 centimeters. Cook on the program "Buckwheat" for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Carrots with turmeric fry a little in vegetable oil. Then reduce the heat and simmer until softened.
Step 4:
Add carrots to the peas. Add salt and pepper. Cook for a few more minutes on the same program.
Step 5:
Take out the bowl of the slow cooker, cool the soup for 5 minutes. Pour the cream in a thin stream.
Step 6:
Chop everything with an immersion blender.
Step 7:
Add herbs, grated cheese. Our soup is ready! Bon appetit!
