Fish and potatoes in a slow cooker

Whole hake carcasses stewed with potatoes in a slow cooker. This delicious dish is prepared easily and quickly. Hake carcasses are easier to clean when they have not yet fully thawed, so it is more convenient to cut out their fins. If there are scales, it needs to be cleaned off by rinsing the fish with cold water. The fish is cooked on top of the potatoes, the carcasses remain intact and are perfectly steamed. I advise you to cook such a dish with hake, it is not bony and soft, and the carcasses keep their shape well.
