How to make buckwheat porridge with chicken in a slow cooker? Rinse the chicken (in this case, chicken wings) under a stream of cold water, put it in a bowl of a slow cooker and add a little salt, add vegetable oil.
Step 2:
Turn on the slow cooker to the "Frying" mode and fry the chicken.

Then pour 2 cups of buckwheat over the chicken (if you take buckwheat in a package, then you need to sort it out from the garbage and rinse it, and if you take it in serving bags, then this is not necessary).
Step 6:
In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, crushed garlic and salt. Pour 1 cup of water and mix.

Keep in mind that the cooking time and mode are indicated approximately in the recipe. All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.
Keep in mind that the final result in this dish also depends on how you chop the carrots: grated carrots will turn into mush during heat treatment and mix evenly with the rest of the ingredients, cut into strips or cubes will retain their shape.
