Step 1:
Preparing the ingredients. Pour the milk into a slow cooker, add sugar. Turn on the "steaming" program for 40 minutes. And stir until the sugar dissolves. When the milk boils, add soda to the mixture, mix. Soda will not allow the milk to curdle and will contribute to the acquisition of condensed milk of caramel color and flavor. We cook condensed milk on the "steaming" program with the lid open so that the milk does not escape.
Step 2:
After the program time expires, we set the "quenching" program for 1 hour. On this program, the milk should thicken.
Step 3:
