Cooking method

2. My fillet, and lightly dry it. We make incisions on the skin with a sharp knife, carefully trying not to cut the meat. Salt and pepper to your liking. Rub with marinade and leave for a couple of hours in the refrigerator to marinate.
3. Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker. We shift the breasts with the skin down and put them on the "Baking" mode. The cooking time is 50-60 minutes. When half the time has passed, it is necessary to turn the fillet to the other side. At the end of cooking, cut into portions and decorate with herbs.
