Zebra cake in a slow cooker on kefir

Prepare a simple and very beautiful cake for the arrival of guests! Such a cake will undoubtedly please everyone who is lucky enough to get at least a piece of this delicacy! At least, that's always the case with us. My loved ones love any sweet pastries, in principle, and this, although simple, but delicious cake is one of the most-the most.

In a suitable container, break the eggs, add sugar, beat with a mixer. In the resulting mass, sift flour together with baking powder, add vanilla sugar, pour vegetable oil and kefir, knead the dough. It will turn out about like pancakes - thick.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one of the parts, add cocoa and spices (optional). Stir the dough using a whisk.

Lubricate the bowl of the slow cooker with vegetable oil, lay out the chocolate and white layers alternately. Bake by setting the "Baking" mode (45 minutes).

We put the finished cake on a large dish and while it cools down, we prepare the glaze.

Preheat the cream on the fire. We put a bar of our favorite chocolate in hot cream, having previously broken it into pieces, and also add cherry flour (optional). Using a whisk, mix the glaze until the chocolate completely dissolves and apply it to the completely cooled cake.
