Cooking method
1. Rinse the rice, then put it in the bowl of a slow cooker and soak it in water (240 ml) for 30 minutes.
2. Add the remaining water to the rice, add salt and sugar, mix everything.
3. Pour in half of the coconut milk, mix again and put it to cook in the "Rice" mode. I have 20 minutes.
4. When the program end signal sounds, do not open the lid for another 10 minutes.
5. At this time, prepare the sauce: heat the remaining milk (but do not boil it!), put honey in it and stir so that it spreads.
6. Peel and slice mango slices.
7. Place the rice beautifully on serving plates with a slide, for which first place it in a cup of suitable size, press it with a palm or spoon, then turn the cup onto a plate.
8. Pour the rice with warm sauce, put the mango next to it and serve it to the table until the treat has cooled down.
