Rub butter at room temperature with sugar. Add an egg.

Knead. Put the finished dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes

Proceed to the filling. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar. .
Step 6:
Add cottage cheese, starch - mix with a mixer. If the cottage cheese was ground through a sieve , then until the disappearance of large lumps . The mass should be homogeneous.
Step 7:
In a separate saucepan, whisk the whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks. Gently add the proteins to the curd mass, mix with a spatula. Do not use the mixer!!!
Step 8:
Preparing the bowl - cut 2 strips of parchment paper about 7*50. Lay it crosswise

Take the dough out of the refrigerator. We fill the bowl with our hands. The sides are about 7 cm .

Decorate the top with our berries or fruits. We cook in the "Baking" mode for 60 minutes. When ready, leave for another 1 hour to settle.
