How to make strawberry yogurt? Prepare the products. Yogurt, which will be used for sourdough, take drinking, natural, without additives. Pour the prepared milk, yogurt into the bowl of the slow cooker and add one spoonful of sugar. Mix everything carefully. Place the bowl in the slow cooker, close the lid. Close the slow cooker and set the appropriate mode. If your slow cooker has a "Yogurt" function, then just install it, the time is about 8 hours (focus on the features of your slow cooker). If there is no such mode, turn on the "Heating" mode for the same time.

You can mix this sauce and yogurt in one glass — and the delicious delicacy is ready. I laid out layers — a layer of sauce, a layer of yogurt — and so on to the very top. It turns out not only delicious, but also very beautiful.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Just don't mix the sauce and yogurt "for the future ", so to speak. It is always better to make a fresh portion. Because berry sauce can ferment in milk yogurt, as it does not undergo any heat treatment. Enjoy always fresh yogurt. It is not only delicious, but also very useful.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

    Bon appetit!

Keep in mind that the cooking time and mode are indicated approximately in the recipe. All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.

Instead of sugar, you can use a sweetener.
