Cooking method
Wash the meat, dry it with a paper towel. Peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces. Make incisions in the meat and put garlic in there (but if you don't like garlic, you don't have to do it). Thoroughly rub the meat with salt and pepper, sprinkle with coriander. Cut 3 mugs from half a lemon, divide them in half and lay out the meat with them, squeeze the juice from the rest of the lemon and pour it over the meat.
Put it in the refrigerator overnight. Take a sheet of food foil, spread it with vegetable oil and wrap the meat in it along with lemon slices (it's even better to wrap it in two sheets of foil). Put in the bowl of the slow cooker and turn on the "Russian oven" mode for 4 hours (the time may be spent more or less depending on what kind of meat you took). If you don't have the "Russian Oven" mode, use the "Multi-cooker" mode at 80 degrees. You can adjust the amount of salt and ground pepper to your liking. The meat turns out amazingly delicious. I wish you good luck and bon appetit!
