Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Preparing seafood. If they were frozen, we defrost, wash everything well, clean and cut if necessary (for example, squid and rapana).
Step 2:
Program "quenching" for 20-30 minutes and everything is ready.
Step 3:
Put a small piece of butter in a bowl, add the onion in half rings and fry on the "frying" mode for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
We also add our asparagus straight from the freezer - without defrosting and let it fry for another 5-7 minutes (you can with the lid closed).
Step 5:
Then add the finished seafood to the asparagus, mix.
Step 6:
To taste, add salt / pepper, I added a little more sesame. Stir and leave to fry for another 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Step 7:
Next, I add 2 tablespoons of sour cream and 1 clove of garlic, mix everything thoroughly. For lovers of sharper, you can have 2 cloves and a little finely chopped dill. Close the lid or 2-3 minutes on the same mode "frying".
Step 8:
Delicious is ready! Bon appetit!!!
