Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Marinade products. Soy sauce needs sweet and sour. You can, of course, take a Kikkomann, but also a "bamboo stalk" classic will sound good in the marinade. Sesame oil is incredibly fragrant, will give the wings a stunning fragrant trail. The amount of garlic may vary depending on your taste. An indispensable ingredient is ginger (root 2 cm). A spicy, unusually fragrant plant with a piquant taste is useful in marinade.
Step 2:
If necessary, clean the wings, wash them well, and divide them into three parts at the joints. The tip - the smallest part - should be set aside, removed for cooking broth.
Step 3:
Cut the flesh of the others: the middle one across, the largest, the thickest, along. This is necessary for better penetration into the meat of the marinade.
Step 4:
Put all the pieces in a bowl where they will be marinated. Add to the wings: salt, pepper, sugar (it enhances the taste of other products), soy sauce. Grate the ginger root on a fine grater, squeeze out the juice with your fingers, pour it into a bowl. Send the cake there as well. Grate garlic on the same grater as ginger. Enter sesame oil. Mix all the contents thoroughly. Cover and remove to marinate in the cold (preferably for a day).
Step 5:
After marinating, enter the proteins from two eggs and starch into a bowl with wings. Stir until smooth.
Step 6:
Pour a sufficient amount of deep-frying oil into the pan, heat and fry 5-6 wings in it, turning over. Fry until tender on medium heat.
Step 7:
Get it out, put it on a towel to remove excess fat.
Step 8:
Here they are, our goodies! You can serve both hot with vegetables or any side dish, and cold as a snack for beer!
Step 9:
Bon appetit to everyone! Pamper yourself and delight your loved ones!
