Cooking method
1. Sift both types of flour into a large container, then add sugar, salt to the flour mixture, pour baking powder. Mix everything thoroughly.
2. In a separate bowl, break the eggs, beat them well with an immersion blender until a homogeneous consistency. This is an important stage - the eggs should be very well beaten, which will provide an excellent result in the end.
3. Now pour the milk into the eggs and beat everything well together again.
4. Now we combine both mixtures - dry and wet. Beat them thoroughly until smooth.
5. Transfer the liquid dough to a high vessel. It is good if its walls are made of thin plastic. When the dough is not enough to fully immerse the sausage in it, it will be possible to compress the walls of the vessel. This will raise the dough - such a little trick :)
6. We clean the sausages, insert a wooden stick or skewer into each.
7. Pour the oil into the cauldron and put it on high heat, heat it well. If there is a deep fryer, then this will make the task easier - we will cook in it. Heat the oil to a temperature of 190 degrees Celsius.
8. Immerse the sausages in the dough, then send them to boiling oil for about 4 minutes - until the dough turns brown.
9. We spread the finished sausages in the dough on a wide dish covered with paper towels so that excess oil is absorbed.
You need to eat such sausages hot, and serve them to the table with your favorite sauces. Also, fresh herbs and fresh vegetables that can be cut into pieces will not hurt.
Bon appetit!
