Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the products necessary for salad preparation. Wash the vegetables and herbs thoroughly.
Step 2:
Cook the turkey fillet with the addition of 0.5 teaspoon of salt until tender.
Step 3:
Cut potatoes into small strips.
Step 4:
Start cooking French fries. If there is no special fryer, fry the potatoes in a frying pan in sunflower oil with salt. It is necessary to fry in small batches so that the potatoes lie in one layer. I got 3 batches. Fry the potatoes to the desired color. I like French fries to be well toasted and crispy.
Step 5:
We spread the finished potatoes on a paper towel to remove excess sunflower oil.
Step 6:
Boiled turkey fillet cut into pieces.
Step 7:
Cut the cucumber into strips.
Step 8:
Boil the eggs and grate the yolk and white separately.
Step 9:
Chop the green onion.
Step 10:
Finely chop the dill.
Step 11:
Mix together French fries, cucumber, half of the protein and yolk, turkey fillet, dill and mayonnaise.
Step 12:
Decorate the salad with lettuce leaves, sprinkle with yolk, protein and green onions. Enjoy your meal!
