My dad works as a school principal, once on one of the holidays he was given a fryer. Then I was little and did not understand the purpose of this device. But mom told me how many different foods can be cooked with her help, and I really wanted to taste potato chips from this very fryer. Mom made them for the new Year. Their taste is much better than the usual store. Since then, I often cook potato chips according to an uncomplicated culinary recipe. And for those who would also like to try them, I share the recipe. To begin with, we take the potatoes and peel them, wash them, with the help of a vegetable cutter we thinly chop the vegetable. Now we put the potato plates in warm water for 15 minutes to remove excess starch, rinse them, dry them with a towel. Now pour oil into the fryer, turn it on, heat it up to 160 degrees. After that, we throw the plates into the boiling oil one by one so that they are fried separately and do not stick together. They should be fried for 5-7 minutes. When all the chips are ready, we put them on a dish and serve them cooled down to the table.
