Step 1:
So we take such products. My cottage cheese is pasty. If you have a grainy one, then scroll it through a meat grinder or through a sieve.
Step 2:
Mix sugar with cottage cheese and sour cream. Stir well, let the sugar dissolve.
Step 3:
Pour gelatin with cold boiled water. Let the gelatin swell.
Step 4:
Prepare the form. I have 24cm by 18cm. We'll cover it with a film. We spread the first row of cookies.
Step 5:
Melt gelatin. To do this, I put it in the microwave for a few seconds at 450 power. It should be warm. Add a spoonful of our cream to it, harden it as it were and pour it into the curd cream. Stir everything well. Divide into parts, pour one on the cookies into the mold.
Step 6:
We spread another layer of cookies on top.
Step 7:
Then cream again. So we should get 3 layers of cookies and 3 layers of cream. The last cream we have. Close slightly from above with a film. And put it in the refrigerator overnight.
Step 8:
The next day we open it, take it out and sprinkle chocolate on top. We slice and help ourselves. Very tasty.
