Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell.
Step 3:
Wash and dry the berries. Put the berries in the bowl of a blender and grind in puree until smooth. If desired, you can rub the puree through a sieve.
Step 4:
Combine cream with sugar and bring to a boil.
Step 5:
Combine blueberry puree with sour cream.
Step 6:
Mix lightly.
Step 7:
Add the swollen gelatin to the hot cream and stir until dissolved.
Step 8:
Cool the cream to room temperature and mix with sour cream and blueberry mass.
Step 9:
Pour the dessert into the creamers and put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours until completely solidified.
