I looked into the refrigerator half an hour after I poured the mixture and noticed that the cocoa began to delaminate. It became darker at the bottom and lighter at the top. Then I added 5 grams of gelatin and left for 15 minutes. After the gelatin swelled, the mixture was heated over low heat until the gelatin completely dissolved.

    Check if the second layer is frozen. And pour the berry mixture. We put the containers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
