Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
I suggest making the first layer from cocoa. First, add 5 grams of gelatin to 200 ml of milk. If you took the milk out of the refrigerator, you don't need to heat it. Leave for 15 minutes for the gelatin to swell.
Step 2:
Then add 1 tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of cocoa. Mix it up. We put it on a slow fire. Heat the mixture, stirring constantly. It's not worth boiling. Heat until the gelatin dissolves.
Step 3:
Prepare cremans or low glasses and pour the resulting mixture into them. Then we put the containers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the jelly completely solidifies. I looked into the refrigerator half an hour after I poured the mixture and noticed that the cocoa began to delaminate. It became darker at the bottom and lighter at the top. I mixed it carefully and left it to freeze further. Then there was no such stratification. Pay attention to this. Perhaps you will have so
Step 4:
Prepare the second layer. I made it milky. 5 grams of gelatin was filled with milk (200 ml) and left to swell for 15 minutes.
Step 5:
Add 1 art.a spoonful of sugar. Then, also over low heat, stirring constantly, heat the mixture until the gelatin is completely dissolved. We give the milk mixture a little time to cool down. Check whether the first layer is completely frozen. If yes, then very carefully pour the milk mixture with the second layer. We put the cups in the refrigerator for two hours as well. Until the second layer is completely solidified.
Step 6:
I decided to make the third layer berry. From frozen berries, I cooked compote with the addition of 2 tablespoons of sugar. Cooled it down. Then I added 5 grams of gelatin and left for 15 minutes. After the gelatin swelled, the mixture was heated over low heat until the gelatin completely dissolved.
Step 7:
Check if the second layer is frozen. And pour the berry mixture. We put the containers in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. After the solidification of the third layer, we decorate the jelly and treat our loved ones and ourselves. You can decorate with grated chocolate, whipped cream, berries. Bon appetit!
To prepare such a dessert, you can show imagination and make all kinds of layers. Instead of cocoa, you can take a carob or make coffee. Instead of milk, you can take cream. And there are just a lot of variations with a berry layer. You can cook a compote of cherries, irgi, cranberries.
To save time, you can buy ready-made juices of different colors in the store, for example orange, grape, cherry, apple. And make a colored dessert out of them.
