Gelatin pour 100 ml of milk and put on a slow fire. Heating, all the time (!) stirring until the gelatin is completely dissolved and let cool. It is important not to let the gelatin stick to the walls of the saucepan, so stir constantly.
Step 3:
We leave a few berries for decoration, we knead the rest.
Step 4:
Carefully separate the protein from the yolk and whisk into a thick foam.
Step 5:
Combine raspberries, yolk, sugar, sour cream, remaining milk (25 ml) and beat with a mixer.
Step 6:
Then gently mix with the whipped protein.
Step 7:
Enter the cooled milk with gelatin.
Step 8:
Whisk for another 15 seconds.
Step 9:
Pour the resulting mass into the cremans and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
Step 10:
We decorate the frozen dessert with the left berries and leaves of melissa. The raspberry delicacy is ready. Bon appetit!
