Gelatin is diluted in water, left to swell for 20 minutes.

Pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on fire.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, bring to a boil.

For a rich taste, we take 4 tables.l. cocoa, mix with sugar and pour into boiling milk with constant stirring. For lovers, you can add spices: cinnamon, vanilla or star anise of your choice. Cook for just a couple of minutes.

Dissolve gelatin in a water bath with constant stirring. Gradually pour into the finished cocoa, stirring thoroughly.
Step 7:
After cooling down a little, pour it into our molds and send it to the cold to solidify.

As an option, decorate with powdered sugar, or better sprinkle with grated chocolate
