Cooking method
1. Pour gelatin into a bowl, fill with water, leave for 5-10 minutes to swell. Then we send the bowl to the microwave and heat the gelatin for 10 seconds, then we take it out, mix it and repeat the heating. The mass should become absolutely liquid.
2.Pour sugar into a saucepan, pour lemon juice, send it to the fire, cook until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Pour the melon juice into a bowl, pour the melted gelatin and sugar syrup here, mix, pour into ice molds, send to the refrigerator for 3 hours.
4. Pour sugar into a saucer, roll each marmalade in it.
It is best to store marmalade in a plastic or glass container, which is tightly closed with a lid.
