Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients.
Step 2:
Mix condensed milk in a bowl with milk. To make it easier to mix, leave the mixture for half an hour so that the condensed milk softens.
Step 3:
In a high bowl, start whipping cream at low speed.
Step 4:
When they become foam, beat more intensively until a dense whipped mass. This is what they look like in the end.
Step 5:
Use a mixer to mix condensed milk and milk evenly.
Step 6:
Continue whipping the cream at low speed, adding the milk mixture to them by spoonful.
Step 7:
When the cream becomes fluid and both mixtures are equal in temperature, add the cream to the milk.
Step 8:
Mix.
Step 9:
You will get a smooth, lush and very tasty mass.
Step 10:
Put it in a container, tap it a little on the table to let the air out. Close the container.
Step 11:
Put the creme brulee in the freezer for 6-8 hours, preferably overnight. It is very good to open and mix the mass several times, but this is not necessary.
Step 12:
