I will not dissemble that I love various desserts before the depths of the soul. Fortunately, my heredity allows me to use them in any quantities. If you follow a diet and limit yourself to food, then this recipe for ice cream pudding will suit you as a delicious dessert for a festive table.
Let's start cooking our dish. First we take a small saucepan, pour water into it, add sugar, put it on a small fire and cook slowly until syrup is obtained. Turn off the burner.
Next, beat the egg yolks well in a separate bowl. Now carefully pour the syrup we have prepared into them. We continue to beat the resulting mass until a sufficiently thick mixture is obtained-mousse.
Next, whisk the cream also in a separate small container. Slowly pour the vanilla essence and cream into the mousse, stirring constantly and continuously. Add pre-cooked dried fruits and nuts. Spread the mixture into a suitable pudding mold and freeze.
After the ice cream pudding has cooled, we can assume that the food is almost ready to eat! It remains only to decorate with nuts and dried fruits. Bon appetit to you and your guests!!!
