Spicy salted herring

The taste of this herring will never compare with the store. Very often we buy salted herring and mackerel and eat with mashed potatoes for dinner. I found a recipe according to which herring can be salted at home. The author of the recipe assures that herring turns out to be much tastier than store-bought. And she was right! This is despite the fact that it contains only natural ingredients without preservatives and flavor enhancers. With a minimum of effort, you get excellent salted fish.
