It should be noted that mushrooms are not sorted by size for our pickling. The legs must be separated from the hats, cut 1-2 centimeters thick, mixed with the hats, washed and lowered into salted boiling water for 20 minutes, counting from the very beginning of boiling (remember that mushrooms begin to darken when cooking). Next, they are thrown on a sieve, then proceed to salting, having previously cooled the mushrooms. In a pre–prepared vessel, various spices (pepper, onion, bay leaf, dill) are placed on the bottom, and then mushrooms are laid with a layer of 5 centimeters, and salt and spices are sprinkled on them. So it is necessary to lay several layers of opyat. Our packing ends with the imposition of a load, a mug and napkins. Thus, we have prepared a delicious meal!
