Step 1:
To prepare pickled tomatoes with pepper, take small or medium-sized strong tomatoes, sweet pepper (it will be more beautiful if it is a different color), sugar, salt, vinegar and spices.
Step 2:
Put spices on the bottom of sterile jars (I have a mixture of spices for pickling and pickling vegetables).
Step 3:
Next, lay the vegetables in layers, first the peppers, peeled from the core and cut into strips or pieces of arbitrary size.
Step 4:
Then tomatoes, pricked with a toothpick from the side of the stalk. This is necessary so that the brine penetrates the fruits evenly, because they have a dense skin.
Step 5:
Fill the jars to the brim with tomatoes, placing pepper slices in the voids.
Step 6:
Pour boiling water and cover with sterile lids for 3 minutes. Then drain the water back into the saucepan.
Step 7:
Add salt, sugar and vinegar and boil. Fill the jars with boiling marinade and tighten the lids tightly.
Step 8:
Can be sent under a fur coat, stored in room conditions.
