Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
To prepare the recipe, "You'll lick your fingers for the winter", take the products according to the list: tomatoes (preferably strong fruits of medium size and different colors), onions, sunflower oil, salt, sugar, vinegar and spices.
Step 2:
Cut the onion into large half-rings or quarter-rings, if large onions. Tomatoes in halves or quarters.
Step 3:
Prepare a marinade of water, salt, sugar and vinegar.
Step 4:
At the bottom of the sterile jars, first throw a couple of peas of pepper, then lay a layer of onions.
Step 5:
Place the tomatoes on the onion with the slice up (I don't know why, it was in the original recipe).
Step 6:
Stack so as not to crush the tomatoes. In between, toss the onion slices.
Step 7:
Add bay leaf on top and pour hot marinade. Sterilize the jars in boiling water for 10-15 minutes liter. Or in the microwave at the rate of 4 minutes per jar at maximum power.
Step 8:
Close the jars with sterile lids and send them additionally "under the fur coat".
