Cooking method
1. We cut the herring: cut off the head and tail, clean out the insides, remove the skin, separate the fillet from the bones, cut into neat pieces.
2. Peel the onion, cut it into thin half rings, sprinkle it lightly with apple cider vinegar and knead it a little with your hands so that it will let the juice.
3. Pour sunflower oil and apple cider vinegar into a bowl, add French mustard, a mixture of ground peppers and sugar, mix.
4. We spread the prepared herring on a special dish, spread the onion on top of it and pour the fragrant dressing.
5. We send the herring to the refrigerator for 2 hours.
We serve it on the table, decorate it at our discretion, you can just use greens.
