Cooking method
1. Wash and dry the tomatoes for the jar. Wash the jar well, too. Put the tomatoes in a jar, add the bay leaf and spices. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, cover and leave to cool for 20 minutes.
2. Wash tomatoes for juice and make juice from them without skins and seeds. There are many ways. Pour the juice into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add salt and sugar - for each liter of juice, a tablespoon of salt and sugar.
3. Drain the tomatoes and pour boiling tomato juice instead. Close the lid, turn it over and wrap it up until it cools down.
