Step 1:

Step 2:
Cut cucumbers into four parts lengthwise. Garlic, pepper and herbs are crushed. Mix salt and honey. You can take more salt. Add vinegar and beat well.
Step 3:
Put cucumbers in a small container, cover with a spicy mixture. Then pour the marinade on top, sprinkle with freshly ground pepper.
Step 4:
We close the container and shake it well for about half a minute. Then we put the cucumbers in the refrigerator for an hour and a half. Although after half an hour they are already quite edible! We're trying! Bon appetit!
