I offer a culinary recipe for a very healthy vegetable dish based on the traditions of Italian cuisine. This food will definitely appeal to those who adhere to vegetarianism, and those who are far from it.
To make a salad with radicchio, first cut the cheese into small cubes. In principle, any kind of cheese is suitable, but it is best to take a delicious cheese with mushrooms.
Next, peel the oranges and divide into slices. Cut each slice in half. The juice that will be released at the same time needs to be collected in a separate glass, as it will be useful to us later. Next, wash the lettuce leaves and cut them into thin strips.
