Pleasant for housewives: you do not need to sterilize cans before loading vegetables! It is enough to wash them together with soda, then rinse in hot water. But you still have to sterilize cans with vegetables.
Wash and peel the vegetables, it is not necessary to clean the young zucchini. Cucumbers and zucchini cut into mugs, preferably thinner. Wash the greens, shake off excess moisture. And fill the jars with greens.
Put cucumbers with zucchini on top, slightly pressing down so that the vegetables fit tightly.
Add salt, sugar, pepper to water (1 cup), put on fire, let boil and remove.
Pour boiling water over the vegetables in jars, hold for 3 minutes, then drain the water. Do it 2 times. Add the peeled garlic to the jars. Pour vinegar into the water with salt, sugar and pepper. And pour the resulting marinade over cucumbers with zucchini. Sterilize the jars, covering them with lids on top (those with which you will twist). You can do this in the oven at 150C for 15-20 minutes - for liter cans.
Roll up the jars, turn them over, cover with a blanket until cool.
