Step 1:

Step 3:
Lightly chop, season with salt and pepper. It's not scary that all the pieces are of different sizes.
Step 4:
Lay out a little mustard.
Step 5:
Cut the gherkins into 4 pieces.
Step 6:
Put the gherkin slices on the mustard.
Step 7:
Wrap with a roll, fastening with a toothpick.
Step 8:
Let's prepare the sauce. Boil the wine for 3 minutes to evaporate the alcohol, leaving only the aroma.
Step 9:
Pour cream or sour cream.
Step 10:
Put all the remaining mustard. Mix it up.
Step 11:
Add soy sauce, sugar. Bring to a boil, leave on low heat, stirring.
Step 12:
Fry the rolls in a hot frying pan in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 13:
Put the rolls in the sauce, after removing the toothpicks. Leave on low heat for 5-10 minutes.
Step 14:
