Step-by-step cooking
To do this, you will need egg and milk for eggnog, the latter should be cold. In any case, do not take it out of the refrigerator in advance. Of course, honey is needed, as well as citrus juice. I use orange juice to make my eggnog. So, we need to break one egg into a deep container. Add two glasses of cold milk to it and stir. You can do this with a whisk. Then put the honey and add the juice. Mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Serve to the table only chilled in a beautiful glass. If you make eggnog for adults, then you can add one tablespoon of wine to it instead of juice. There is also a fruit eggnog. Also very tasty. Usually cherry or strawberry juices are added to it. This eggnog is not only delicious, but also very healthy. Bon appetit!
